Be
Be (pronoun Be/Be’s) is passionate about the intersection of embodied movement/dance, sensuality/sexuality and kink/BDSM. Be loves creating safe(r) spaces for play, exploration, growth and healing as a means of becoming more fully who we are.
Be has been creating these spaces for the last 15 years in the Bay Area through classes and events, always pushing the envelope of what’s possible to explore. From a range of 2nd base events, Womxn in Charge, Bi/Pan Playful, Dripping Womxn and classes/playshops such as Intro to Kink, G-spot ejaculation, Rope Dance, One Rope Play, Contactsage, Acrosage and Aquaprov.
Be brings 20 years of experience as a bodyworker that shows up through an embodied calming/nurturing presence. Along with 8 years of Somatica training for a deeper understanding of sex, intimacy and relationships.
Maya Light
Maya Light is deeply enamored with the realm of creative expression, supporting others to access and explore the full range of this human experience. As an international DJ, she has adeptly honed the craft of weaving soundscapes for over 8 years, captivated by the tangible conversation she experienced on the dance floor.
She then delved into the art of curating intimate spaces, wholeheartedly embracing the transformative power of group fields as catalysts for unraveling and growth.
She also studied embodied anatomy at the School of Body Mind Centering, where she delved into a yin form of body work emphasizing safety and deep co-regulation, enriching her understanding of the interconnectedness of mind and body. Creating spaces to unlock and seamlessly integrate new pathways is her biggest passion.

Elle
Elle (she/her) is a passionate community builder and connector who thrives on creating unique and accessible events for the bay area community. She has a professional background in health and wellness and loves to promote the connection between mind and body. Although she’s formally been an events leader since 2015, in 2023 her life changed when she fell into the world she affectionately calls SPLINKY (Somatic, snuggly, sex positive, poly, kinky, etc. etc. – where you don’t have to be all of these, it’s about the intersection of these identities that overlap and interplay in community) and met the people who she feels are her home and the first time she’s felt truly able to be herself. She is excited about working on Everything Everywhere All at Dance to create an accessible space to bring together the worlds that have made her feel safe.
While Elle has always been passionate about personal growth, finding these communities, she became embedded in somatic workshops back in September/October of 2024 and feels that as a recovering cognitive-first person who feels a lot in her body. She sees dance as a critical pillar of somatic work that is a beautiful outlet for feelings and building safety in the body with self and just as importantly, connection and growing bonds with other dancers.
As a mixed Black woman, bringing inclusivity and representation to these spaces has been so important to her and she’s excited to bring her personal experience with Black culture and dance styles to this community. As a child she took jazz, ballet, and hip hop classes and prides herself on being in a relationship with R&B and Hip Hop, knowing all the words and noticing all the beats/samples of the music and moving her body in turn.
